Our method for delivering embroidery designs is download, a link will be sent via email.
(CD ROM and Memory Cards can only be mailed to you, hence delivery will not be immediate)

• As soon as you have made a purchase and payment has been cleared and validated, an email will be sent to you with the download link or links.
  1. If you can not see our email, please check you spam or junk mail folder...! Before contacting us.
   

• Clicking on the link in the email will open up a new window.
  1. There may be a moment delay depending on your connection speed.
  2. Icon may be displayed with a warning box, you must allow the window to open.
  3. If the window does not open copy/paste the link into the address bar of your browser.
  4. When the "File Download" opens, click "Save"; change the file name to something more descriptive and save the design to a safe place on your PC's hard disc.
  
  
  
   

• Once the file has been downloaded. It may be a zipped file or an embroidery format file.
  1. If its a .zip file (usually design packs) use Windows built-in unzip program to extract the embroidery designs.
  2. If its a embroidery format, you can open the file or send it to your machine to stitch out.
